Dear Jean-Paul Labelle,
We have space for only 2 more artists for the show Art Expo New York.
If you want to participate, please contact Thomas at thomas@wwab.us as soon as possible.
Have a wonderful Holiday Season.
Despina Tunberg
Curator
I am pasting detailed information below about all the options: physical exhibition, digital presentation in our gallery, digital presentation in the hall of the show (12 large screens), and catalog presentation.
If you have trouble figuring out the cost, just send images of the works you would like to display and tell me the dimensions, specifying which is the width and which is the height, and then I can tell you exactly what the cost will be. It could be possible for us to hang two or three works one above the other, which will help to reduce the cost for you.
Artexpo New York — April 9–12, 2026
Artavita – World Wide Art will figure out the wall space needed for the artworks submitted and approved, and the cost of the space.
| Wall width | Cost |
|---|---|
| 2 feet (60 cm) | $1,750 |
| 4 feet (120 cm) | $3,250 |
| 6 feet (180 cm) | $4,650 |
| 8 feet (240 cm) | $5,200 |
| 10 feet (300 cm) | $6,350 |
| 12 feet (360 cm) | $7,900 |
Larger spaces available on arrangement.
Minimum wall space for 1 piece — 1x1 foot or 30x30 cm: $900. In this case, we would hang the work in a vertical column with two other works of the same size, by other artists.
For single works of height less than 36 inches or 90 cm, if we hang a work from another artist above or below it, the cost will be 60% of the cost of the entire height of the wall.
It is possible to hang works on top of each other, but we need to see photos of the works and their dimensions, to see if they go well together and make an attractive combination, and are not overcrowded.
3D Art in Space (Sculpture or Installation)
If works need a pedestal, this must be provided by the artist.
| Footprint | Cost |
|---|---|
| Up to 5 sq ft (4,500 sq cm) | $1,475 |
| 5 – 10 sq ft (4,500–9,000 sq cm) | $1,075 |
| 10 sq ft (9,000 sq cm) and more | $825 |

Notes for approval: this is the same email, re-skinned in the real Artavita identity — Teal Green, Keppel, Pale Turquoise, Bright Gray, White Smoke and White, with Imprima Regular for headings and Helvetica Neue Regular (14px / 21px leading, #444444) for body copy exactly as specified. One caveat on the logo: I can't lift exact pixels out of a pasted screenshot, so the "artavita" mark in the header is rebuilt as live type (Imprima, lowercase, teal–to–mint gradient) rather than your actual logo file — send the PNG/SVG and I'll drop it in directly. Helvetica Neue itself isn't embedded (it's a licensed system font, not something I can legally redistribute as a data file) — it renders from the system font on Mac/iOS and falls back to Arial elsewhere, which is standard practice for that typeface. Catalog cover and monitor mock-up were regenerated with teal accents so the imagery matches; the show-floor shot is unchanged since it was already neutral.
