Dear Jean-Paul Labelle,
We have space for only 2 more artists for the show Art Expo New York.
If you want to participate, please contact Thomas at thomas@wwab.us as soon as possible.
Have a wonderful Holiday Season.
Despina Tunberg
Curator
I am pasting detailed information below about all the options: physical exhibition, digital presentation in our gallery, digital presentation in the hall of the show (12 large screens), and catalog presentation.
If you have trouble figuring out the cost, just send images of the works you would like to display and tell me the dimensions, specifying which is the width and which is the height, and then I can tell you exactly what the cost will be. It could be possible for us to hang two or three works one above the other, which will help to reduce the cost for you.
Artexpo New York — April 9–12, 2026
Artavita – World Wide Art will figure out the wall space needed for the artworks submitted and approved, and the cost of the space.
| Wall width | Cost |
|---|---|
| 2 feet (60 cm) | $1,750 |
| 4 feet (120 cm) | $3,250 |
| 6 feet (180 cm) | $4,650 |
| 8 feet (240 cm) | $5,200 |
| 10 feet (300 cm) | $6,350 |
| 12 feet (360 cm) | $7,900 |
Larger spaces available on arrangement.
Minimum wall space for 1 piece — 1x1 foot or 30x30 cm: $900. In this case, we would hang the work in a vertical column with two other works of the same size, by other artists.
For single works of height less than 36 inches or 90 cm, if we hang a work from another artist above or below it, the cost will be 60% of the cost of the entire height of the wall.
It is possible to hang works on top of each other, but we need to see photos of the works and their dimensions, to see if they go well together and make an attractive combination, and are not overcrowded.
3D Art in Space (Sculpture or Installation)
If works need a pedestal, this must be provided by the artist.
| Footprint | Cost |
|---|---|
| Up to 5 sq ft (4,500 sq cm) | $1,475 |
| 5 – 10 sq ft (4,500–9,000 sq cm) | $1,075 |
| 10 sq ft (9,000 sq cm) and more | $825 |

Notes for approval: the show floor, catalog cover, and monitor mock-up are generated stand-ins matching each section's tone (candid and unbranded for the show floor, polished and on-palette for the two branded shots) — swap in real photography whenever you have it. Fonts (Cinzel, Ruda, Roboto Regular) and the six-color palette are embedded exactly as supplied. Zone A intentionally carries no logo or color so it reads as a direct note from Despina; Zone B carries the full brand system since that's where the visual push for conversion matters most. Once approved, I'll convert this into table-based, inline-styled HTML for your ESP — current markup is optimized for on-screen review, not client compatibility.
